1. Read the guides
The Texas guides and the home systems library are free to read. Reading them sends us nothing.
2. Check an address
On the property report page, enter a Texas address. We look it up in public records through our property data service and show what was found, labeled as a public record or as something that needs a visit. When nothing is found, we say that plainly. Public records describe the property and the area; they cannot show a roof's condition, which takes an in-person inspection.
The lookup keeps a record of the address you entered. It does not store your name, phone or email. If you then ask us to contact you about the report, we store the contact details you give us with your permission.
3. Request a 15 minute call
On the call page, book a 15 minute call. The confirmation is the calendar's own screen. Or send a request: answer five short questions, confirm the home is in Texas, and choose a preferred day and part of the day in Central time. Calls are Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 6 PM Central. If the request page cannot confirm that your request was recorded, it says so and does not pretend otherwise.
Three steps from question to conversation.
- 01 · Prepare
Gather what you have.
Your latest electric bill, any solar proposal or roof estimate, and the questions you most want answered.
- 02 · Confirm
We agree on a time with you.
Book a 15 minute call on TexSun's calendar. The confirmation is that calendar's own screen. If you send a request instead, choose a preferred day and part of the day in Central time, and we contact you to agree on a time.
- 03 · Talk
Fifteen minutes on your questions.
Solar, your roof, your bill or a proposal. We focus on your questions and what an in-person inspection would need to check. It is education, not an inspection or a quote.
4. The call
A 15 minute conversation about your questions: your roof, solar, your bill, or a proposal you received. It is education, not an inspection, a quote or a sales appointment. Before any paid work, confirm which business would perform it, check its credentials and get the scope in writing.
